Third patient of monkeypox found in Kerala: After Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, new cases of corona in Bengal cross two thousand
Third patient infected with monkeypox virus has been found in Kerala. Earlier, two patients have been found in the state. A 35-year-old resident of Malappuram was confirmed to be infected with monkeypox on Friday. The condition of both the patients found earlier is stable. All the people coming in contact with these three patients are being monitored. In the year 2021, norovirus patients were also first found in Kerala.
Here, even though the figure of corona vaccination in the country has crossed 201 crores, but there are many states where the corona is not taking its name to stop. In Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Karnataka and Odisha, more than one thousand new cases are coming daily. Apart from this, cases of corona are also increasing rapidly in Assam, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya and Andhra Pradesh.
Most of the cases are coming from Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra. Here daily cases are coming more than two thousand. The number of active cases in Bengal is increasing continuously. Bengal remains on top in terms of active cases. 26,727 infected people are undergoing treatment in Bengal.
21% decrease in new cases On
Friday, 17,373 new cases were reported in the country, 15,850 patients were cured. While 32 infected lost their lives. There was a 21 percent drop in new cases on Friday as compared to Thursday. On Thursday, 21,880 new cases were found, 60 corona patients had died.
